    After the installation, whenever I open it the welcome screen appears, (screen to choose sample photos) as if it were the first time it was opened.
    In C1 21 versions, the welcome screen only appears the first time.
    is there a way to disable it?

    Have a try w/ my workaround (did the job for me):
    block the ...Program Files\Capture One\P1.WebView.exe in your firewall.

    you can set in the most firewall programs, which executable can access the internet: set the outgoing traffic to deny for the given .exe.
    Or, a simplistic solution (worked for me): just rename the given .exe -- the program starts even without that and the popup doesn't show. Good luck!
