Is this for Mac or Windows? And have you actually tried it, I usually trust only Apple eater or Bloppo fixes... You need to update your title, This is for WINDOWS but your text you put for instructions in your post says macOS "Use "De-Quarantine" script to avoid "Damaged application" message on macOS. x64 can be confusing as Mac as well because Mac is now Arm64 for the new Silicon Versions... Most people still put WIN in their titles so it is clear... But no biggie.
I have to agree with Snook on this. It should indicated in the heading either [Mac] or [Win]. Then there is no question which is as it should be ... without question!
