    It's been over a month on those threads with no reply from the author. Do the rules apply if it is just marked "Soon" rather than truly uploaded? Maybe a mod can weigh in?

    Good question... the rules mention it should be reasonable... but what can be considered reasonable before the "Soon" label would be removed and someone else can upload it? :)

    I would think "reasonable" means the time it takes to upload the files to the cloud. Or the time it takes for the buyer to receive the product after purchasing it. But I'm just guessing.
