AFAIK there's no available counter, but I believe your 24hr cooldown starts when you like your 20th post, I could be wrong tho

 

You're almost to 1,000 likes, after which the like limit is removed. So just focus on sharing some good stuff and you'll be there very quickly.

And no, there's no counter or dashboard. The 24 hour limit is a rolling limit though, so your likes are reinstated as you go instead of in one big batch.
