Sounds like your download may have gotten interrupted or the extraction program you're using is older than the version I'm using. Download the newest version of 7zip for windows (which is free). Or if you're on a mac, others have reported keka working well: https://p-v.club/threads/keka-1-3-5.48108/

Or you may not be extracting properly... you need to unzip all files into a shared folder, then unpack all together.
