    Does anyone know if the only thing that differentiates the presets is the camera profile DVLOP2, or is there also a difference in the lrtemplate file?

    The presets are visible on lightroom and they work. If you look it is not camera raw actions. You will need to install the xmp files for camera raw . Lightroom does the converting
