    can't get the patch to work :( I installed and it removed my old version.

    I put the code into terminal and says "Can't do inplace edit on /Applications/DaVinci Resolve/DaVinci Resolve.app/Contents/MacOS/Resolve: Cannot make temp name: Permission denied."

    type sudo hit space and paste the command.
