    Thank you for sharing! My thoughts on this course can be found:

    Grade: Supplementary content. Suggest viewers know the basics of exposure with flash first.

    Pace/Structure: The tutorial takes place in various locations. Its moderately paced but the explanations can get a bit dull at times.

    Content: I fell in love with Damien Lovegrove's work when I saw his earlier tutorials. Sadly this one isn't as up to the mark as his previous work. None the less if you haven't ever seen his work this will give you an introduction. He keeps to simple 1-2 light set ups which is nice for people who don't have a ton of gear.

    I highly suggest that you know the basics of how exposure works with flash before seeing this in order to best learn from it. Treat it as a BTS with commentary rather than a training video, this is true for almost all his courses. If possible have a look at his earlier courses, especially the Illumination series.

    Damien Lovegrove is also notable since he uses everything from DSLRs to MILCs, Natural light as well as Strobes, Hotshoe flashes as well as Monolights. Much of the image is done in camera and we get to see the results on the rear LCD as well as the edited final version.
