    Thank you @jbgood47 ! Now I have something to do (organizing all these pdfs in my Calibre library) over the cold holiday nights, and of course the satisfaction of a complete collection. Next step, learning more German.

    I hate to say it, but more than the model and photographic and editing expertise, the hamburger in the cover photo has mesmerized. The story is simple: hunger!
