There's no such this, everyone is trying to sell anything they could sale like course, luts, powegrades, plugins etc. You have to go through most of them at some point of time and collect the good stuffs, leave the trash techniques and implement them in your own node tree. For example, there are many techniques to do white balance in resolve such as: a) Normal Temp and Tint controls b) HDR Wheels Temp and Tint Controls c) The Offset Wheel d) Chromatic Adaptation OFX e) Linear Gain Style f) Correction via DCTL and other 3rd party plugins. So you have know all of them, compare them and choose what you trust and works best for you. Same goes for exposure, film emulation, skin smoothing and other techniques. There are multiple ways to do a thing, find the best one from multiple teachers, none of them is perfect and the perfect ones wont teach in public, most company3 guys are busy lol. And if I am recommend a course it will be TAC Resolve Training.
