A creative play day is a shoot where I get together with my creative team to create striking work with creative and professional goals in mind!

These types of shoots are the most important elements of the continued evolution (and improvement!) of my images and career. Although play is in the name, they are a lot of work but incredibly rewarding! Every single month I set aside dedicated time to create, to experiment, to learn and to build my portfolio, and I invite you to join me on one of these busy and creative days. In fact, as a member of Learn + you should watch this video first so you can better understand the importance of these days, the organization, the structure and how I use them in my career.

While educating yourself as a photographer is important, actually getting out there and shooting is even more important! That’s why you need to set time aside to shoot and to grow, even if it’s not ‘making you money’… yet!

These play days are completely unpaid… everyone is working in exchange for the images we create together. We have total freedom because it is not a client shoot, but instead a collaboration. They are extraordinarily fulfilling emotionally, creatively, and allow me to create a steady stream of imagery for social media.
