Only Gold members can make new requests/GBs

    From now only Gold members will be able to create new threads in the Requests sections. This means new requests or new GBs propositions.
    Regular members can still post replies.
    This decision was made in an effort to catch up with the numerous requests.

    This makes sense - since most (but not all) fulfilled requests would be presented as a GM-only status. I'll assume that non-GM members are free to participate in GBs once requested by a GM-status requestor . . .

    It would assist in streamlining and differentiating 'requests' from potential/pending 'GB's
