There's a new C1 guide for 2024 at https://rawcaptureguide.gumroad.com/l/captureone2024guide. Author's real name is Nils Wille Christoffersen, but he is mostly referred to as rawcaptureguide online.
@calmbowl have you checked for the2023 guide? I only asked because it's got a ton of information that's still relevant unless you're well advanced in C1
