Anyone who has tried to find a reputable cracked version of this knows how challenging it can be. After Maxon bought Red Giant, they released one final version into "Limited Maintenance Mode" that could only be accessed by former Red Giant customers who have a Maxon subscription. This is that version - the final version of PluralEyes 4 that was released before Maxon discontinued it.

Basically, it allowed you to sync a bunch of audio and video automatically based on waveforms from within your editing program instead of taking hours to do it manually. Virtually every video editor had or wanted this PluralEyes. Later on, Syncaila became a direct competitor, but Syncaila doesn't have the ability to sync directly within your editing program like PluralEyes does, so PluralEyes was still generally preferred.
