    The Portrait Masters - Photo Licensing Template

    Our Photo Licensing Template is intended to create a mutual understanding between a photographer and their clients or subjects, including key terms of the engagement and the rights of each party. This template is of general applicability and can be used by photographers based in many countries, including the United States. Users may wish to add additional language to reflect their unique circumstances or jurisdiction.
