Hello there, Has anybody after all these years been able to create a plugin for Photoshop to show Vectorscopes like in Video software like Adobe Premiere? Eg the Lumetri Scope I've looked before and looked again and I still can't find anything on the web, just a few people asking the same thing years ago. And some people saying "Just UsE a HiStOgrAm" haha. As most of you know there's a huge difference between Histograms and vectorscopes. But anyway, If you know of any plugins that don't involve exporting from PS to another software It would be amazing! Cheers Guys
Never heard of something like that before although some times I've thought it could be useful. For sure you know it by now but grading in resolve could be the closest route.
Cheers, yeah I just wish there was something that could work inside PS. You'd think as Adobe can do it in other programs they would introduce it to PS, but that would be too easy haha!
Well, instead of photoshop I'd look at lightroom, it has color wheels now, maybe scopes is the next thing... like in 20 years...
Here is a YouTube video demonstrating the panels utilities. Panel is called MindTheColor, fairly new extension. Has pretty much everything you need for colour https://youtu.be/t9vnDBGk5z8
I have wondered about something like this for YEARS. This looks absolutely awesome, thank you for posting about it!
Ah wow this is cool, where are you finding out about all these new things? This is a much more affordable option for people
If you search on the forum there's a working copy for windows. Mac copy later on https://timeinpixels.com/nobe-omniscope/
MindTheColor 2 is released. The Vectorscope and other utilities for color work now update in real time. A lot of the features remind me of 3D Lut Creator https://youtu.be/TnMNiFWZ3L8?si=ftGZSMIl_QJ1GPQR
